The Ohio County Board and Council of Government Revenue and Expenditure Report is compiled from the annual Income and Expenditure Report submitted by each County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities and Council of Government. The revenue for each county and Council of Government is comprised of federal, state, local and capital revenue. This report also breaks down the expenditures for each county and Council of Government by programs and services. All expenditures and revenues are on cash basis for the calendar year.
