Gallipolis Developmental Center's (GDC) Patriotic Parade Float GDC builds a Fourth of July Parade float every year, and usually wins a prize for their efforts. It's no wonder. With Liberty and Justice for All is a striking patriotic tribute to our service men and women, and many staff and residents helped to create it, some of whom are shown here.
